Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
You can return most items (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, or within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it in
- In the original packaging

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will then be able to select a new item or items for the credit value.
Please note that ALL shipping costs for exchanges will be at the customers expense.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size only if available, or for the same size if the original item is faulty within 14 days of purchase.
No other exchanges are available for Sale items.
There are no refunds on Sale items.
Earrings (if applicable)
For reasons of hygiene and safety, earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty or not as described.
Shipping
To return your product, please email support@soulfulsilver.co.za for assistance. Please provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning them.
Should the reason for return be faulty goods, a courier will be dispatched to your location and the postage for the return will be free.
If the reason for return is simply an exchange, the return will be at the customers expense.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
